Any and all genres will be considered: non-fiction, fiction, journal / diary entries, hospital records, comix (or any other visual art that can be readily reproduced), poetry / lyrics, interviews, manifestoes, and so forth.

Feel free to interpret the theme as loosely or as literally as you wish.
(And also, keep in mind that you don't have to write or make art about your first blood.)
